Internet Basics for Photographers
	For photographers, the Internet offers three main functions: COMMUNICATION Use the Web for electronic mail, newsgroups and research Transmit digital picture files Sell photographs to web publishers PUBLICATION Get listed and post samples on a photographers' gallery site. Develop your own web site to publish portfolios, credentials, background information and new work. Create photoessays and photojournalism features paid for by subscribers or sponsored by advertisers.
