Turnkey web authoring software--with database CGIs: $90

The PC trade magazines have good things to say about a soup-to-nuts web authoring program called Submit THIS! from Microrim that includes canned artwork, HTML layouts and--importantly--canned CGI scripts for capturing data in forms and using them in a database. (It even comes with a small database module.)

Today's Jesse Berst's column in ZDNet calls it a killer app with a great tutorial, and a September Product Review in PC Magazine says it's "less expensive than even a few hours with a Web consultant."
