A web developer named NetBoy quoted his prices creating web pages on an AOL chat line: the first pages is $5, all subsequent pages are $3, and GIF illustrations are billed at 50 cents per square inch.

Of course, while NetBoy's prices are unbelievably low, he's just 13 years old.
