Need Domain Name For Free Public Service Server

Hi... I would like to provide a server for free use of anybody who wishes to be there. It will have web chat, current events, and other similar events. I am trying to provide a place to hang out for people on rainy days, or even on plain old boring days. Considering that we are 14 and 15 years old, we can't afford the small fee of getting our own domain. We run a local 3 line BBS, and have found much success in that. The lines are busy nearly 24/7, and we want somehting that more people can access. We would be serving from a cable modem at about 2.5MBPS, and hope to someday upgrade to a T1 (15MBPS) which costs about $1000 bucks a month. If we were only old enough to get work permits :-) I can guaruntee that if you decide to give us a domain, it will be put to a good use and will be used as a non-profit web hangout. We will eventually try to get advertising on the page a a source of income, and we hope to be as successful in our server as we are in our BBS.
